(a) Ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention on the basis of non-discrimination by effectively implementing existing laws which guarantee that principle;
(أ) ضمان تمتع جميع الأطفال داخل ولايتها القضائية بجميع الحقوق المكرسة في الاتفاقية دون تمييز، وذلك عن طريق التنفيذ الفعال لما يوجـد من قوانين تضمن هذا المبدأ؛

(b) To abide by its freely undertaken obligations under the International Covenants on Human Rights and under other international instruments on human rights, and to ensure that all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction, including members of religious groups and persons belonging to minorities, enjoy all the rights enshrined in those instruments;
)ب( الامتثال للالتزامات التي تقيدت بها بمحض إرادتها بمقتضى العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان وسائر الصكوك الدولية المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان، وضمان تمتع جميع اﻷفراد الموجودين في أراضيها والخاضعين لولايتها، بما في ذلك أعضاء الطوائف الدينية واﻷشخاص المنتمون إلى أقليات، بجميع الحقوق المكرسة في تلك الصكوك؛

The Committee recommends that the State party take more effective measures to ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention without discrimination, in accordance with article 2 of the Convention, by effectively implementing the existing laws which guarantee the principle of nondiscrimination.

9. He hoped that, in the very near future, every child, irrespective of origin, sex, language, religion or status, could enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention on the Rights of the Child and other relevant human rights instruments.
9 - وأعرب عن أمله، في أن يتسنى لكل طفل، في المستقبل القريب جدا، بغض النظر عن الأصل أو الجنس أو اللغة أو الدين أو الوضع، التمتع بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في اتفاقية حقوق الطفل وغيرها من صكوك حقوق الإنسان ذات الصلة.

(26) In accordance with article 2, the Committee recommends that the State party make greater efforts to ensure that all children within its jurisdiction enjoy all the rights enshrined in the Convention without discrimination and pay particular attention to the most vulnerable groups.

١٠ - تطلب إلى حكومة جمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية أن تواصل جهودها وتمتثل لما تعهدت به من التزامات، بمطلق إرادتها، بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان وبموجب الصكوك الدولية اﻷخرى المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان، وأن تكفل لجميع اﻷفراد الموجودين في إقليمها والخاضعين لولايتها، بمن فيهم المنتمون إلى اﻷقليات الدينية، التمتع بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في تلك الصكوك؛

10. Calls upon the Government of the Islamic Republic of Iran to continue its efforts and to abide by its freely undertaken obligations under the International Covenants on Human Rights2 and under other international instruments on human rights, and to ensure that all individuals within its territory and subject to its jurisdiction, including persons belonging to religious minorities, enjoy all the rights enshrined in those instruments;
١٠ - تهيب بحكومة جمهورية إيران اﻹسلامية أن تواصل جهودها وتمتثل لما تعهدت به من التزامات، بمطلق إرادتها، بموجب العهدين الدوليين الخاصين بحقوق اﻹنسان)٢( وبموجب الصكوك الدولية اﻷخرى المتعلقة بحقوق اﻹنسان، وأن تكفل لجميع اﻷفراد الموجودين في إقليمها والخاضعين لولايتها، بمن فيهم المنتمون إلى اﻷقليات الدينية، التمتع بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في تلك الصكوك؛

(e) To undertake measures to ensure that children in situations of armed conflict enjoy all the rights enshrined in relevant international instruments, and that national authorities, with the support of the international community, as appropriate, take steps to ensure the delivery of basic services necessary for the survival of children in different areas, including health, education, nutrition, water, sanitation and psychosocial recovery;
(هـ) اتخاذ التدابير اللازمة لكفالة تمتع الأطفال في حالات النزاع المسلح بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في الصكوك الدولية ذات الصلة بالموضوع، واتخاذ السلطات الوطنية، بدعم من المجتمع الدولي حسب الاقتضاء، إجراءات لضمان تقديم الخدمات الأساسية اللازمة لبقاء الأطفال في مختلف المجالات، بما في ذلك الصحة، والتعليم، والتغذية، والمياه، والصرف الصحي، والتعافي النفسي الاجتماعي؛
