The State party should continue its efforts to guarantee members of indigenous communities the enjoyment of all the rights recognized by article 27 of the Covenant and adopt comprehensive legislation for this purpose.
وينبغي للدولة الطرف أن تواصل جهودها كي تكفل لأفراد المجتمعات الأصلية التمتع بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في المادة 27 من العهد واعتماد تشريع شامل تحقيقاً لهذا الغرض.

Article 3 in each Covenant affirms that States undertake to ensure the equal right of men and women to the enjoyment of all the rights set forth in the Covenant concerned.
أما المادة 3 في العهدين فتنص على أن تتعهد الدول بكفالة تساوي الرجال والنساء في حق التمتع بجميع الحقوق المعلنة في أي من العهدين.

In addition, each Covenant specifically binds acceding or ratifying States to undertake to ensure that women and men have equal right to the enjoyment of all the rights they establish.

The adoption and undertaking of any retrogressive measures that affect the equal right of men and women to the enjoyment of all the rights set forth in the Covenant constitutes a violation of article 3.
كما أن اعتماد أو اتخاذ أي تدابير تراجعية تؤثر على حق المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة في التمتع بجميع الحقوق الواردة في العهد يشكل انتهاكاً للمادة 3.

29. Women in the FRY and in S & M are completely equal in the enjoyment of all the rights embodied in the Convention.

وتؤكد اللجنة أن المواقف الاجتمـاعية السائدة لا يمكن أن تبرر عدم امتثال الدولة الطرف لالتزاماتهـا بموجب المادتين 3 و26 من العهد بتأمين المساواة في حماية القانون وفي حق الرجل والمرأة في التمتع بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في العهد.

15. The Committee is concerned at the use of concepts such as " legitimate children " and " natural children " in current legal language. Distinctions based on such criteria may affect the enjoyment of all the rights established under the Covenant.
15- وتشعر اللجنة بالقلق إزاء استعمال مفاهيم في اللغة القانونية من قبيل " الأطفال الشرعيين " و " الأطفال الطبيعيين " فإقامة الفوارق على معايير كهذه يمكن أن تؤثر على التمتع بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في العهد.

3.1 States shall undertake to ensure the equal right of men and women to the enjoyment of all the rights, in law and practice, articulated in the present Draft Principles.
3-1 تتعهد الدول بضمان المساواة بين الرجل والمرأة، في القانون وفي الممارسة، في التمتع بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في مشاريع المبادئ هذه.

13. Any person regarding whom proceedings are being carried out in connection with any of the offences to which this article applies shall be guaranteed fair treatment at all stages of the proceedings, including enjoyment of all the rights and guarantees provided by the domestic law of the State Party in the territory of which that person is present.
13- يتعين أن تُكفل لأي شخص تُتخذ بحقه اجراءات فيما يتعلق بأي من الجرائم التي تنطبق عليها هذه المادة معاملة منصفة في كل مراحل الاجراءات، بما في ذلك التمتع بجميع الحقوق والضمانات التي ينص عليها قانون الدولة الطرف التي يوجد ذلك الشخص في اقليمها.

11. Requests the Security Council to honour its undertaking to lift the embargo once Iraq has complied with its obligations pursuant to the relevant Security Council resolutions, since the embargo imposed on Iraq has a serious effect on the enjoyment of all the rights provided for in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and the relevant international instruments;
١١ - تطلب من مجلس اﻷمن اﻹيفاء بالتزاماته لرفع الحصار عن العراق بعد أن نفذ الالتزامات المترتبة عليه بموجب قرارات مجلس اﻷمن ذات الصلة، ولما للحصار المفروض على العراق من آثار خطيرة على التمتع بجميع الحقوق التي وردت في اﻹعلان العالمي لحقوق اﻹنسان والصكوك الدولية ذات الصلة؛

13. With regard to the guarantee of equal treatment of women in the enjoyment of all the rights guaranteed to them, the Committee notes the statement made by the delegation that the interpretative declaration concerning article 23, paragraph 4, of the Covenant made by Algeria on ratification of the Covenant would become obsolete with time.
٣١- وفيما يتعلق بضمان المعاملة المتساوية للنساء في التمتع بجميع الحقوق المكفولة لهن، تحيط اللجنة علما بما صرّح به الوفد من أن اﻹعلان التفسيري المتعلق بالفقرة ٤ من المادة ٣٢ من العهد، الصادر عن الجزائر لدى التصديق على العهد، سيصبح باطلاً مع مرور الزمن.

2. Any person regarding whom proceedings are being brought in connection with any of the offences referred to in article 2 shall be guaranteed fair treatment at all stages of the proceedings, including enjoyment of all the rights and guarantees provided by the law of the State in the territory in which he is present.
٢ - تضمن المعاملة العادلة ﻷي شخص ترفع بشأنه دعوى فيما يتعلق بأية جريمة من الجرائم المشار إليها في المادة ٢، في جميع مراحل تلك الدعوى، بما في ذلك التمتع بجميع الحقوق والضمانات التي ينص عليها قانون الدولة التي يكون موجودا في إقليمها.

3. Any person regarding whom proceedings are being carried out in connection with any of the offences set forth in article 2 shall be guaranteed fair treatment at all stages of the proceedings, including enjoyment of all the rights and guarantees provided by the law of the State in the territory of which that person is present.
٣ - يُكفل ﻷي شخـص تقـام عليه دعوى فيما يتعلق بأي من الجرائـم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢ أن يلقى معاملة منصفة في جميع مراحل الدعوى، بما في ذلك التمتع بجميع الحقوق والضمانات التي ينص عليها قانون الدولة التي يوجد هذا الشخص في أراضيها.

3. Any person regarding whom proceedings are being carried out in connection with any of the offences set forth in article 2 shall be guaranteed fair treatment at all stages of the proceedings, in accordance with international law, as well as enjoyment of all the rights and guarantees provided by the law of the State in the territory of which that person is present.
٣ - يكفل ﻷي شخص تقام عليه دعوى فيما يتعلق بأي من الجرائم المنصوص عليها في المادة ٢ أن يلقى معاملة منصفة في جميع مراحل الدعوى، وفقا للقانون الدولي، فضلا عن التمتع بجميع الحقوق والضمانات التي ينص عليها قانون الدولة التي يوجد هذا الشخص في أراضيها.

429. The Committee also recommends that the State party take immediate and appropriate measures to ensure the enjoyment of all the rights enumerated in article 5 of the Convention in particular by members of the Afro-Uruguayan and indigenous communities and provide further information on this subject.
٤٢٩ - توصي اللجنة أيضا بأن تتخذ الدولة الطرف تدابير فورية وملائمة من أجل ضمان التمتع بجميع الحقوق المنصوص عليها في المادة ٥ من الاتفاقية لا سيما من قِبَل أعضاء المجتمع اﻷفريقي - اﻷوروغوايي والمجتمع اﻷصلي وأن تقدم معلومات إضافية بشأن هذا الموضوع.

2. Any person in respect of whom proceedings are being carried out in connection with any of the offences set forth in article 1, paragraph 1, of this Convention shall be guaranteed fair treatment at all stages of the proceedings, including enjoyment of all the rights and guarantees provided for such proceedings under the legislation of the State in the territory of which that person is present.
٢ - تُكفل ﻷي شخص تجــري محاكمته، على أي من الجرائم المشار إليها في الفقرة ١ من المادة ١ من هذه الاتفاقية، سلامة اﻹجراءات القانونية في جميع مراحل الدعوى، ولا سيما من حيث التمتع بجميع الحقوق والضمانات المكفولة لمثل هذه الدعوى بموجب قوانين الدولة التي تقام الدعوى في أراضيها.

With regard to the guarantee of equal treatment of women in the enjoyment of all the rights guaranteed to them, the Committee notes the statement made by the delegation that the interpretative declaration concerning article 23, paragraph 4, of the Covenant made by Algeria on ratification of the Covenant would become obsolete with time.
٣٦١ - وفيما يتعلق بضمان معاملة المرأة على قدم المساواة من حيث التمتع بجميع الحقوق المكفولة لها، تلاحظ اللجنة قول الوفد إن اﻹعلان التفسيري المتعلق بالفقرة ٤ من المادة ٢٣ من العهد والذي أصدرته الجزائر لدى التصديق على العهد سيصبح باليا بمرور الوقت.

Any person regarding whom proceedings are being carried out in connection with any of the offences to which this article applies shall be guaranteed fair treatment at all stages of the proceedings, including enjoyment of all the rights and guarantees provided by the domestic law of the State Party in the territory of which that person is present.
13- تُكفل لأي شخص تُتخذ بشأنه إجراءات فيما يتعلق بأي من الجرائم التي تنطبق عليها هذه المادة معاملة منصفة في كل مراحل الإجراءات، بما في ذلك التمتع بجميع الحقوق والضمانات التي ينص عليها القانون الداخلي للدولة الطرف التي يوجد ذلك الشخص في إقليمها.
