" ويؤكد مجلس الأمن أيضا أهمية وفاء جميع الدول الأعضاء بالتزامها بكفالة عدم قيام رعاياها والأشخاص الموجودين داخل أراضيها بتقديم تبرعات للكيانات والأفراد الذين حددتهم اللجنة المنشأة عملا بقراري مجلس الأمن 1267/1989 " .
