وتطلــب الجمعية كذلك إلـى اﻷمين العام أن يدعو ممثلي المنظمات وغيرها من الكيانات التي تلقت من الجمعية العامة للاشتراك بصفتهم مراقبين لدى اللجنة التحضيرية، عمــلا بمقرراتها ذات الصلة، التي نصت على توجيه دعوة دائمة إلى ممثلي المنظمات الحكومية الدولية اﻹقليمية المهتمة وغيرها من الهيئات الدولية المهتمة للاشتراك بصفة مراقبين في دورات أعمالها، وأن يدعـــو أيضا، بصفتهم مراقبين لدى اللجنة.
