Each High Contracting Party undertakes to complete clearance of such areas as soon as feasible but no later than ten years after entry into force of this Protocol for this High Contracting Party.
ويتعهد كل طرف متعاقد سام بالانتهاء من عمليات الإزالة في هذه المناطق في أقرب وقت ممكن لا يتجاوز أجله عشر سنوات من تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول فيما يتعلق بالطرف المتعاقد السامي.

Any annexes adopted after the entry into force of this Protocol shall be restricted to lists, forms and any other material of a descriptive nature that is of a scientific, technical, procedural or administrative character.
وأية مرفقات تعتمد بعد بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول تكون قاصرة على القوائم والاستمارات وأي مادة أخرى ذات طبيعة وصفية ولها طابع علمي أو تقني أو إجرائي أو إداري.

“(ii) have effects which continue beyond the entry into force of this Protocol and those effects themselves appear to constitute a violation of a right recognized in the Covenant.
" `٢` لها آثار مستمرة بعد بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول ويبدو أن تلك اﻵثار تشكل انتهاكا لحق معترف به في العهد؛

The secretariat shall convene the first meeting of the Parties not later than one year after the date of the entry into force of this Protocol and in conjunction with a meeting of the Conference of the Parties to the Convention.
وتعقد اﻷمانة الاجتماع اﻷول لﻷطراف في موعد لا يتجاوز مدة سنة واحدة من تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول وبالتزامن مع اجتماع لمؤتمر اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية.

Each Annex [I][_] Party within six months of the entry into force of this Protocol for that Party, shall communicate to the Conference of the Parties, through the secretariat, the following information:
٨٥١- يقوم كل طرف مدرج في المرفق ]اﻷول[ ]-[، في غضون ستة أشهر من بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول بالنسبة لذلك الطرف، بإبلاغ مؤتمر اﻷطراف عن طريق اﻷمانة، بالمعلومات التالية:

2. A High Contracting Party may defer compliance with the prohibition of transfer for a period not exceeding 5 years from the entry into force of this Protocol.
2- يجوز للطرف المتعاقد السامي تأجيل الامتثال لأحكام حظر النقل وذلك لفترة لا تتجاوز 5 سنوات من بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول.

(v) The facts that are the subject of the communication occurred prior to the entry into force of this Protocol for the State Party concerned unless those facts continued after that date.
" ' ٥ ' متى شكلت الوقائع موضوع الرسالة قد وقعت قبل بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول بالنسبة للدولة الطرف المعنية، إلا إذا استمرت تلك الوقائع بعد تاريخ النفاذ.

(b) The date of entry into force of this Protocol and of any amendment under article 18;

The first session of the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol shall be convened by the secretariat in conjunction with the first session of the Conference of the Parties that is scheduled after the date of the entry into force of this Protocol.
٦- تدعو اﻷمانة إلى عقد الدورة اﻷولى لمؤتمر اﻷطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول بالاقتران مع الدورة اﻷولى لمؤتمر اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية المقرر عقدها بعد تاريخ بدء نفاذ هذا البروتوكول.

“(c) relates to acts and omissions which occurred before the entry into force of this Protocol for the State Party concerned, unless those acts or omissions:

After its acceptance by the Meeting of the Parties, a notification by a signatory shall enter into force on the date of entry into force of this Protocol for that State, and a notification by a Party to this Protocol shall enter into force on the ninetieth day after the acceptance of such notification.
٤- بعد أن يقبل اجتماع اﻷطراف إخطاراً من دولة موقعة يبدأ نفاذ هذا اﻹخطار في تاريخ بدء هذا البروتوكول بالنسبة لتلك الدولة، ويبدأ نفاذ اﻹخطار المقدم من طرف في هذا البروتوكول في اليوم التسعين بعد قبول هذا اﻹخطار.

The institutional structure provided for in the Treaty of Asunción of 26 March 1991, and the organs created by it, shall be maintained until the entry into force of this Protocol.
يظل قائما الهيكل المؤسسي المنصوص عليه في معاهدة أسنسيون المؤرخة ٢٦ آذار/مارس ١٩٩١، وكذلك الهيئات التي أنشأتها، حتى تاريخ سريان هذا البروتوكول.
