The Committee may therefore wish to provide further input to the secretariat to assist in the preparation, for consideration by the Committee at its seventh session, of draft guidelines on the environmentally sound interim storage of mercury.
7 - ولذا فإن اللجنة قد تود تزويد الأمانة بالمزيد من الإسهامات لمساعدتها في إعداد مشروع المبادئ التوجيهية بشأن التخزين المؤقت السليم بيئياً للزئبق لكي تنظر فيه اللجنة في دورتها السابعة.

Article 3 of the Minamata Convention provides that import and export of mercury between parties may only occur following provision of written consent by the importing party to the exporting party and only for the purpose of a use allowed to the importing party under the Convention or for environmentally sound interim storage as set out in article 10.
4 - وتنص الفقرة 3 من اتفاقية ميناماتا على أنه لا يجوز استيراد وتصدير الزئبق بين الأطراف إلا بعد تقديم موافقة مكتوبة من جانب الطرف المستورد إلى الطرف المصدر، وأن يقتصر ذلك فقط على غرض الاستخدام المسموح به للطرف المستورد بموجب الاتفاقية أو للتخزين المؤقت السليم بيئياً وفق ما هو مبين في المادة 10.
