If the rate of infectious and parasitic diseases in a three-year period in the Federation of Bosnia and Herzegovina is observed, it becomes evident that the trend is, more or less, constant with the exception of parotitis epidemical and virus hepatitis A. The rates of these two diseases are showing a tendency to increase in the years 2000 and 2001 and, as a consequence, they appear as epidemics.
422- وإذا لاحظنا معدلات الأمراض المعدية والأمراض التي تسببها الطفيليات خلال فترة السنوات الثلاث في البوسنة والهرسك، يتضح أن اتجاه هذه الأمراض ثابت إلى حد ما، وذلك باستثناء التهاب الغدة النكفية الوبائي والتهاب الكبد الفيروسي - أ. ويظهر هذان المرضان بشكل وبائي لأن معدلاتهما أبدت ميلاً إلى التصاعد خلال عامي 2000 و2001.
