7. The Government and the political parties of the opposition, in order to ensure and guarantee the effective exercise of civil and political rights by the citizens of Equatorial Guinea and the political parties, HAVE AGREED to the adoption of the following Agreement:
سابعا - أن الحكومة وأحزاب المعارضة السياسية قد اتفقا، لكفالة وضمان الممارسة الفعلية للحقوق المدنية والسياسية لمواطني غينيا الاستوائية ولﻷحزاب السياسية، على اعتماد الاتفاق التالي:

It noted with satisfaction the progress in the democratization process in Equatorial Guinea and the recent transparent municipal elections, characterized by the participation of all the political parties and a high turnout.
وأحاطت اللجنــــة علمــــا مع الارتياح استمرار تنفيذ عملية الديمقراطية في غينيا الاستوائية وبما جرى مؤخرا من انتخابات بلدية تتسم بالشفافية وبمشاركة جميع الأحزاب السياسية وعدد كبير من أفراد الهيئة الانتخابية.

وأحاطت علما مع الارتياح باستمرار تنفيذ عملية الديمقراطية في غينيا الاستوائية وبالترحيب الذي لقيه التقرير الذي عرضه مؤخرا أمام لجنة حقوق الإنسان في جنيف وفد رأسه رئيس الوزراء وضم جميع الأحزاب السياسية المعترف بها في البلد.
