أما صاحبا البلاغ الآخران، وهم السيد هيرمنسن والسيدة إدريش، فقد سافرا إلى تايلند مقابل 330 6 كرونة دانمركية في الوقت الذي بلغ فيه سعر التذكرة في إطار " التخفيض الإثني " 960 7 كرونة دانمركية.

The Committee further notes that, according to the State party, Mr. Hermansen and Ms. Edrich could also not be considered victims as they travelled for a price that was lower than the price granted through the " ethnic discount " .
كذلك تلاحظ اللجنة أن ما أفادت به الدولة الطرف من أن السيد هيرمنسن والسيدة سيغني إدريش هما الآخران لا يمكن اعتبارهما ضحيتين بما أنهما سافرا بسعـر أدنى من السعر المحدد في إطار " التخفيض الإثني " .

As for Mr. Hermansen and Ms. Edrich, the price they had to pay for their tickets was lower than the price granted through the " ethnic discount " .
أما السيد هيرمنسن والسيدة سيغني إدريش قد دفعا مقابل تذكرتيهما ثمناً أدنى من ذلك الذي يمنحه " التخفيض الإثني " .

The owner stated that the travel agency had made an agreement with Thai Airways to sell tickets exclusively, which meant that she could sell the tickets at a slightly lower price, but that no " ethnic discount " was granted.

وتبرز الدولة الطرف في حالة السيدة فيلشتروب أن المعنية بالأمر ابتاعت من الخطوط الجوية التايلندية تذكرة سفر من الدانمرك إلى أستراليا في الوقت الذي كان فيه " التخفيض الإثني " المزعوم مقتصراً على الرحلات إلى تايلند.
