5- تعرب عن تقديرها للمذكِّرات والمقترحات المهمة المقدَّمة من الدول الأعضاء استجابة لطلب تبادل المعلومات عن الممارسات الفضلى وعن تنقيح الصيغة الراهنة للقواعد النموذجية الدنيا، والتي تجسِّدها ورقة العمل التي قدِّمت إلى فريق الخبراء في اجتماعه الثالث؛
