Requests the Executive Board to emphasize its executive and supervisory role over a strengthened support structure which includes panels on methodologies and accreditation, teams supporting registration of project activities and issuance of certified emission reductions, working groups on afforestation and reforestation and on small-scale projects, designated operational entities and a strengthened secretariat servicing this system;
12- يطلب إلى المجلس التنفيذي أن يؤكد دوره التنفيذي والإشرافي على هيكل دعم مُعزز يتضمن أفرقة معنية بالمنهجيات والاعتماد، وأفرقة تسجل أنشطة المشاريع وتصدر شهادات خفض الانبعاثات، وأفرقة عمل معنية بالتحريج وإعادة التحريج وبالمشاريع الصغيرة، وكيانات تشغيلية معينة وأمانة معززة تخدم هذه المنظومة؛

The secretariat and the remainder of the support structure are prepared to support the Board in this goal, through being assigned more responsibility for technical issues and ensuring that they present their work to the Board in a manner that recognizes its executive and supervisory nature.
15- وتبدي الأمانة والعناصر الأخرى في هيكل الدعم استعدادها لدعم المجلس في سعيه لتحقيق هذا الهدف، وذلك بتحمل شطر أكبر من المسؤولية عن القضايا التقنية وضمان عرض أعمالها على المجلس على نحو يراعي طابعه التنفيذي والإشرافي.
