28. In its resolution 48/224, the General Assembly had requested the Secretary-General and the executive heads of the other organizations of the common system to consider a number of issues concerning the decisions of the Administrative Tribunals.
٢٨ - وفي القرار ٤٨/٢٢٤، طلبت الجمعية العامة إلى اﻷمين العام وإلى الرؤساء التنفيذيين للمنظمات اﻷخرى في النظام الموحـد أن ينظـروا فـي عـدد مـن القضايـا التـي تتعلق بأحكام المحاكم اﻹدارية.

It was understood that the convening of sessions away from New York would be dependent upon invitations extended by the executive heads of the other organizations concerned.

5. Requests the executive heads of the other organizations of the common system to consult with the International Civil Service Commission and the United Nations Joint Staff Pension Board as set out in paragraphs 3 and 4 above, respectively, in similar cases before the United Nations Administrative Tribunal or the Administrative Tribunal of the International Labour Organization where they are the respondents;
٥ - تطلب الى الرؤساء التنفيذيين للمنظمات اﻷخرى في النظام الموحدة أن يتشاوروا مع لجنة الخدمة المدنية الدولية ومع مجلس الصندوق المشترك للمعاشات التقاعدية لموظفي اﻷمم المتحدة على النحو المحدد في الفقرتين ٣ و ٤ أعلاه، على التوالي، في القضايا المماثلة المعروضة على المحكمة اﻹدارية لﻷمم المتحدة أو المحكمة اﻹدارية لمنظمة العمل الدولية حيثما يكونون مدعى عليهم؛
