133. In case No. 1511/2006 (García Perea v. Spain) the Committee recalled its jurisprudence that although there is no obligation to exhaust domestic remedies if they have no chance of being successful, mere doubts as to the effectiveness of those remedies do not absolve the authors from the obligation to exhaust them.
133- وفي القضية رقم 1511/2006 (غارسيا بيريا ضد إسبانيا)، لاحظت اللجنة أنه رغم إقرارها في سوابقها القانونية بعدم وجوب استنفاد سبل الانتصاف المحلية لو كانت فرص نجاحها معدومة، فإن مجرد الشك في فعالية هذه السبل لا يعفي صاحبي البلاغ من شرط استنفادها.
