واقتناعا منها باستصواب أن يبقى قيد الاستعراض نطاق اﻷحكام القانونية الدولية القائمة بشأن مكافحة اﻹرهاب بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره، بغرض ضمان توفر إطار قانوني شامل لمنع اﻹرهاب والقضاء عليه،

Recalling that in the Declaration on Measures to Eliminate International Terrorism the General Assembly encouraged States to review urgently the scope of the existing international legal provisions on the prevention, repression and elimination of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, with the aim of ensuring that there was a comprehensive legal framework covering all aspects of the matter,
وإذ تشير إلى أن الجمعية العامة، في اﻹعلان المتعلق بالتدابير الرامية إلى القضاء على اﻹرهاب الدولي، شجعت الدول على أن تستعرض على وجه السرعة، نطاق اﻷحكام القانونية الدولية القائمة بشأن منع اﻹرهاب بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره وقمعه والقضاء عليه، بهدف ضمان توفر إطار قانوني شامل يغطي جميع جوانب هذه المسألة،

Moreover, States should continue to be encouraged to cooperate with one another in the exchange of relevant information concerning the prevention and combating of terrorism and to review the scope of the existing international legal provisions on the prevention, repression and elimination of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, with the aim of ensuring that there is a comprehensive legal framework concerning all aspects of the matter.
وعلاوة على ذلك ينبغي مواصلة تشجيع الدول على أن تتعاون بعضها مع بعض في تبادل المعلومات ذات الصلة المتعلقة بمنع ومكافحة اﻹرهاب وعلى استعراض نطاق اﻷحكام القانونية الدولية القائمة بشأن منع اﻹرهاب بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره وقمعه والقضاء عليه من أجل ضمان وجود إطار قانوني شامل بشأن جميع جوانب المسألة.

Recalling that in the Declaration on Measures to Eliminate International Terrorism the General Assembly encouraged States to review urgently the scope of the existing international legal provisions on the prevention, repression and elimination of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, with the aim of ensuring that there was a comprehensive legal framework covering all aspects of the matter,
وإذ تشير الى أن الجمعية العامة، في اﻹعلان المتعلق بالتدابير الرامية للقضاء على اﻹرهاب الدولي، شجعت الدول على أن تستعرض على وجه السرعة، نطاق اﻷحكام القانونية الدولية القائمة بشأن منع اﻹرهاب بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره وقمعه والقضاء عليه، بهدف ضمان توفر إطار قانوني شامل يغطي جميع جوانب هذه المسألة،

The Declaration further encourages States to enhance their cooperation in the fight against terrorism, to review the scope of existing international legal provisions with the aim of ensuring that there is a comprehensive legal framework for combating terrorism, and, if they have not yet done so, to consider becoming parties to relevant international instruments.
كما يشجع الاعلان الدول علــى أن تعـــزز تعاونهــا في مكافحة الارهاب، وأن تستعرض نطاق اﻷحكام القانونية الدولية القائمة بهدف ضمــان توفــر إطار قانوني شامل لمكافحة الارهاب، ويشجع الدول التي لم تصبح بعد أطرافا في الصكوك الدولية ذات الصلة أن تفعل ذلك.

In this context, States are encouraged to review urgently the scope of the existing international legal provisions on the prevention, repression and elimination of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, with the aim of ensuring that there is a comprehensive legal framework covering all aspects of the matter;
٧ - تُشجﱠع الدول، في هذا السياق، على أن تستعرض على وجه السرعة نطاق اﻷحكام القانونية الدولية القائمة بشأن منع اﻹرهاب بجميع أشكاله ومظاهره وقمعه والقضاء عليه، بهدف ضمان توفر إطار قانوني شامل يغطي جميع جوانب هذه المسألة؛

Noting that the Declaration also encouraged States " to review urgently the scope of the existing international legal provisions on the prevention, repression and elimination of terrorism in all its forms and manifestations, with the aim of ensuring that there is a comprehensive legal framework covering all aspects of the matter " ,
