9. States parties should also expand their cooperation with associations of lawyers, university institutions, legal advice centres and nongovernmental organizations specializing in protecting the rights of marginalized communities and in the prevention of discrimination.
9- كما ينبغي للدول الأطراف أن توسع نطاق تعاونها مع رابطات المحامين والمؤسسات الجامعية ومراكز المشورة القانونية والمنظمات غير الحكومية المتخصصة في مجال حماية حقوق الجماعات المهمشة ومنع التمييز.
