وتعقد الأمانة اجتماعاً لفريق خبراء الاستعراض لتنفيذ إجراءات الاستعراض المعجلة المحددة في هذه المبادئ التوجيهية وفقا للأحكام ذات الصلة المنصوص عليها في الفرع هاء من الجزء الأول من هذه المبادئ التوجيهية وتحيل المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرة 3 أعلاه إلى فريق خبراء الاستعراض هذا.

To provide for an expedited review procedure for the reinstatement of eligibility to use the mechanisms for a Party included in Annex I which is able to demonstrate that it is no longer failing to meet eligibility requirements under Articles 6, 12 and 17;
(ب) التكفل بإجراء استعراض معجل لإعادة أهلية استخدام الآليات لطرف مدرج في المرفق الأول للاتفاقية قادر على إثبات أنه لم يعد يقصر في الوفاء بشروط الأهلية المنصوص عليها في المواد 6 و12 و17؛
