Pursuant to this legislation, the Government of the SADR renders illegal any activities related to the exploration or exploitation of the marine living and non-living resources of Western Sahara conducted without its express authorization.
وعملاً بهذا التشريع، تعلن حكومة الجمهورية الديمقراطية العربية الصحراوية عدم قانونية أي نشاط ذي صلة باستكشاف أو استغلال الموارد البحرية الحية وغير الحية في الصحراء الغربية دون ترخيص صريح منها.

(OP. 11) Reiterates that the damaging exploitation of the marine and other natural resources of the NSGTs is a threat to the integrity and prosperity of the territories.
تكرر تأكيد أن استغلال الموارد البحرية وغيرها من الموارد الطبيعية للأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي على نحو يضر بها إنما يشكل تهديدا لسلامة تلك الأقاليم وازدهارها.

7. Calls upon the administering Powers to ensure that the exploitation of the marine and other natural resources in the Non-Self-Governing Territories under their administration is not in violation of the relevant resolutions of the United Nations, and does not adversely affect the interests of the peoples of those Territories;
7 - تهيب بالدول القائمة بالإدارة أن تكفل عدم استغلال الموارد البحرية وغيرها من الموارد الطبيعية للأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي الخاضعة لإدارتها بشكل ينتهك قرارات الأمم المتحدة ذات الصلة ويضر بمصالح شعوب تلك الأقاليم؛

7.
