وتضيف المادة 36 أنه على الدول الأطراف أن " تحمي الطفل من سائر أشكال الاستغلال الضارة بأي جانب من جوانب رفاه الطفل " .

13. Under article 36 States parties are obligated to protect children against " all other forms of exploitation prejudicial to any aspects of the child's welfare " , and this in effect prohibits the instrumental use of children for other criminal purposes.
١٣ - والدول اﻷطراف ملزمة بموجب المادة ٣٦ بحماية اﻷطفال من " سائر أشكال الاستغلال الضارة بأى جانب من جوانب رفاه الطفل " ، ويحظر هذا في الواقع الاستخدام الواسطي لﻷطفال ﻷغراض إجرامية أخرى.

٣٦١ - يرجى تقديم معلومات عن جميع التدابير المتخذة، بما فيها التدابير ذات طابع تشريعي وإداري وتربوي ومالي، لحماية اﻷطفال من سائر أشكال الاستغلال الضارة بأي جانب من جوانب رفاههم.

151. In order to protect children against all forms of exploitation prejudicial to any aspects of their welfare, the judicial authority is applying, to the letter and without any leniency, the penalties prescribed by law to prevent further exploitation of children. These penalties are illustrated by the following:
151- حماية الأطفال من سائر أشكال الاستغلال الضارة بكل جوانب رفاه الطفل. تقوم السلطة القضائية بتطبيق العقوبات المنصوص عليها في القانون نصاً حرفياً دون تساهل تفادياً لتوسيع نطاق استغلال الأطفال كما جاءت في النصوص التالية:

That article states that a child has the right to protection from " all other forms of exploitation prejudicial to any aspects of the child's welfare " (resolution 44/25, annex).
إن تلك المادة تقول إن الطفل له حق الحماية من " سائر أشكال الاستغلال الضارة بأي جانب من جوانب رفاهة الطفل " (القرار 44/25، المرفق).

Article 36 provides an even broader, albeit less specific safeguard, requiring States parties to " protect the child against all other forms of exploitation prejudicial to any aspects of the child's welfare. "
بل إن المادة 36 توفر ضمانة أرحب، وإن كانت أقل تحديداً، إذ تطلب من الدول الأطراف أن " تحمي الطفل من سائر أشكال الاستغلال الضارة بأي جانب من جوانب رفاه الطفل " .

221. This article of the Convention concerns the protection of children against all other forms of exploitation prejudicial to the child's welfare. Article 16 of the Constitution provides for protection of minors, stating, " Society shall undertake to assist and rehabilitate them in their own interests and the interest of society. The laws on public assistance and social security shall regulate these matters. "
221- ويدور هذا البعد حول حماية الطفل من جميع أنواع الاستغلال الضارة برفاه الطفل، " ففي المادة (16) من الدستور الإماراتي فقد شمل المجتمع الطفولة بالحماية، ووفر الحماية للقصر على أن يتولى مساعدتهم وتأهيلهم لصالحهم وصالح المجتمع، وتنظم قوانين المساعدات العامة والتأمينات الاجتماعية هذه الأمور " .

21. The Convention on the Rights of the Child addresses issues related to the economic exploitation of children, the use of children in the illicit production and trafficking of narcotic drugs and psychotropic substances, all forms of sexual exploitation and sexual abuse, the sale and traffic in children for any purpose or in any form, as well as all other forms of exploitation prejudicial to any aspects of the child's welfare (articles 32-36).
21 - تتناول اتفاقية حقوق الطفل المسائل المتعلقة باستغلال الأطفال اقتصاديا، واستخدام الأطفال في إنتاج المخدرات والمؤثرات العقلية والاتجار بها بشكل غير مشروع، وجميع أشكال الاستغلال الجنسي والاعتداء الجنسي، وبيع الأطفال والاتجار بهم لأي غرض من الأغراض أو بأي شكل من الأشكال، فضلا عن سائر أشكال الاستغلال الضارة بأي جانب من جوانب رفاه الطفل (المواد 32-36).
