Recent ratification by Algeria of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities, as well as the lifting of reservations to the Convention on the Elimination of All Forms of Discrimination against Women, demonstrated Algeria's commitment to human rights.
وأضاف قائلاً إن تصديق الجزائر مؤخراً على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة، وكذلك إلغاء التحفظات على اتفاقية القضاء على جميع أشكال التمييز ضد المرأة، يبيِّنان التزام الجزائر بحقوق الإنسان.

90. Kyrgyzstan stated that Egypt was among the first countries to ratify the Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
90- وذكرت قيرغيزستان أن مصر كانت من بين أوائل البلدان التي صدّقت على اتفاقية حماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخـاص ذوي الإعاقة.

The Committee invites the State party to consider ratifying the Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol.
55- وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى بحث إمكانية التصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وبروتوكولها الاختياري.

39. The Committee recommends that the State party consider ratifying the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol.
39- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالتفكير في التصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وبروتوكولها الاختياري.

26. The Committee encourages the State party to consider ratifying the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
26- وتشجع اللجنة الدولة الطرف على النظر في إمكانية التصديق على اتفاقية حماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

356. The Committee recommends that the State party consider ratifying the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol.
356- وتوصي اللجنة الدولة الطرف بالتفكير في التصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وبروتوكولها الاختياري.

62. States should ensure that children and families of migrants and trafficked persons are adequately protected and enjoy fully the rights contained in the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of the Child.
62- وينبغي أن تكفل الدول الحماية المناسبة لأطفال وأسر المهاجرين والأشخاص المتجر بهم وكذلك تمتعهم الكامل بالحقوق الواردة في الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الطفل.

509. Algeria appreciated the fact that Georgia had accepted numerous recommendations, including those that it had made on the ratification of the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
509- وأعربت الجزائر عن تقديرها لقبول جورجيا العديد من التوصيات بما فيها التوصيات المقدمة من الجزائر والمتعلقة بالتصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

(24) وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى التصديق على معاهدات الأمم المتحدة الأساسية لحقوق الإنسان التي لم تصبح طرفاً فيها بعد، ولا سيما اتفاقية حماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

(24) The Committee invites the State party to become a party to the core United Nations human rights treaties to which it is not yet a party, namely: the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
(24) وتدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى أن تصبح طرفاً في المعاهدات الأٍساسية التي وضعتها الأمم المتحدة في مجال حقوق الإنسان، والتي ليست طرفاً فيها بعد، أي: الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة.

6. Consider ratification of the Optional Protocol to the Convention on the Elimination of Discrimination against Women, the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol (Argentina);
6- النظر في التصديق على البروتوكول الاختياري الملحق باتفاقية القضاء على التمييز ضد المرأة، والاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة والبروتوكول الاختياري الملحق بها (الأرجنتين)؛

27. The Committee invites the State party to ratify the core United Nations human rights treaties to which it is not yet a party, namely the Second Optional Protocol to the International Covenant on Civil and Political Rights, the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families, and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities.
27- تدعو اللجنة الدولة الطرف إلى التصديق على معاهدات الأمم المتحدة الرئيسية لحقوق الإنسان والتي ليست طرفاً فيها بعد، وتحديداً البروتوكول الاختياري الثاني للعهد الدولي الخاص بالحقوق المدنية والسياسية والاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقات.

Noting the commitment made by the State party in the context of the universal periodic review (A/HRC/15/16, paras. 97.1 and 98.3), the Committee recommends that the State party work towards ratifying the International Convention on the Protection of the Rights of All Migrant Workers and Members of Their Families and the Convention on the Rights of Persons with Disabilities and its Optional Protocol.
وإذ تحيط علماً بالالتزام الذي قطعته الدولة الطرف على نفسها في سياق الاستعراض الدوري الشامل (A/HRC/15/16، الفقرتان 97-1 و98-3)، توصي اللجنة بأن تعمل الدولة الطرف من أجل التصديق على الاتفاقية الدولية لحماية حقوق جميع العمال المهاجرين وأفراد أسرهم واتفاقية حقوق الأشخاص ذوي الإعاقة وبروتوكولها الاختياري.
