"fear of blame" - Translation from English to Arabic

Sexual harassment is a constant threat in many workplaces, but statistics are hard to come by, in part because there is no universal definition of what constitutes such behaviour. Women and men have differing perceptions of the problem, and victims of sexual harassment are often reluctant to report their experiences for fear of blame and retaliation, shame or distrust of the complaint process.
ويعتبر التحرش الجنسي تهديداُ مستمراً في كثير من أماكن العمل، غير أن الحصول على إحصاءات أمر عسير لأسباب منها انعدام تعريف عالمي لما يشكل هذا السلوك، فلدى الرجال والنساء تصور مختلف لهذه المشكلة، كما أن ضحايا التحرش الجنسي كثيراً ما يترددن في الإبلاغ عمّا حدث لهن خشية اللوم والانتقام والعار أو بسب عدم ثقتهن في إجراءات الشكوى.
