ويتعين على الدول الأعضاء ومؤسسات منظومة الأمم المتحدة والمنظمات غير الحكومية والمؤسسات الأخرى ذات الصلة تكثيف جهودها من أجل توفير المساعدة المالية والتقنية للمرأة الفلسطينية.
