Similarly, the new definition of " financial lessor's right " was broadly the same as the existing definition of " financial lease " and had merely been brought into line with the definition of the term " retention-of-title right " .
كما أن تعريف " حق المؤجر التمويلي " الجديد ظل عموما هو نفس التعريف الحالي لمصطلح " الإيجار التمويلي " ولم يكن الغرض من تعديله الطفيف سوى تحقيق الاتساق مع تعريف مصطلح " حق الاحتفاظ بحق الملكية " .
