38. With regard to the enforcement of sentences, there had been questions from the Committee about the composition and basis of prisoners' maintenance costs, which the ACABQ report on the financing of the International Tribunal for Rwanda (A/56/666) gave as $20 per day.
38 - وفيما يتعلق بإنفاذ الأحكام القضائية، أثارت اللجنة أسئلة بشأن مكونات التكاليف المتكبدة لتغطية حاجات السجناء والأساس الذي تحتسب عليه، والتي حددها تقرير اللجنة الاستشارية لشؤون الإدارة والميزانية عن تمويل المحكمة الدولية لرواندا (A/56/666) بمبلغ 20 دولارا في اليوم.

3. Reaffirms paragraph 3 of its resolution 54/240 A of 23 December 1999, and emphasizes that future reports on the financing of the International Tribunal for Rwanda should be submitted by 1 October of the year in which they are to be considered;
3 - تعيد تأكيد الفقرة 3 من قرارها 54/240 ألــــف المؤرخ 23 كانون الأول/ ديسمبر 1999، وتؤكد على ضرورة أن تقدم التقارير المقبلة عن تمويل المحكمة الدولية لرواندا في موعد لا يتجاوز 1 تشرين الأول/أكتوبر من السنة التي سينظر فيها في تلك التقارير؛
