Regulation 4.2 (b) provided that the unencumbered balance of the appropriations at the end of a fiscal period should be surrendered to the Members at the end of the first calendar year following the fiscal period after deducting therefrom any contributions from Members relating to that fiscal period which remained unpaid.
وذكرت أنّ البند 4-2 (ب) نصَّ على أن يسلَّم إلى الدول الأعضاء، في نهاية السنة التقويمية الأولى التالية للفترة المالية، رصيدُ الاعتمادات غير المنفقة في نهاية الفترة المالية، بعد أن تُحسَم منه أي اشتراكات من الأعضاء لم تُدفع عن تلك الفترة المالية.
