3. The contributions provided for in article 15 shall fall due upon the first day of the calendar year for which they are assessed. They shall be determined in Euros and be payable in that currency or in the equivalent amount of another freely convertible currency.
3- يستحق سداد الاشتراكات المنصوص عليها في المادة 15 في اليوم الأول من السنة التقويمية التي قدِّرت لها وتحدَّد قيمتها باليورو، وتسدد بتلك العملة أو بما يعادلها من عملة أخرى قابلة للتحويل بحرية.

(c) Urges Member States to pay their assessed contributions for the 2014-2015 biennium in accordance with financial regulation 5.5 (b), which states that contributions and advances shall be due and payable in full within thirty days of the receipt of the communication of the Director General, or as of the first day of the calendar year to which it relates, whichever is later;
(ج) يحثُّ الدولَ الأعضاءَ على دفع اشتراكاتها المقرَّرة عن فترة السنتين 2014-2015 وفقا للبند 5-5 (ب) من النظام المالي، الذي ينص على أن تكون الاشتراكات والسلف مستحقة وواجبة الدفع بكاملها في غضون ثلاثين يوماً من تلقِّي رسالــة المديــر العــام أو ابتداءً من اليوم الأول من السنة التقويمية التي تقترن بها، أيهما أبعد؛
