A staff member appointed on a probationary basis shall not be entitled to the first home leave until he or she has been granted a permanent appointment or an extension of probationary period.
أما الموظف المعيّن تحت الاختبار فلا يستحق إجازة زيارة الوطن الأولى إلا بعد أن يمنح تعيينا دائما أو تمديدا لفترة الاختبار.

(ii) In the case of the first home leave or on return from family visit travel, at least three months beyond the date on which the staff member will have completed twelve months of qualifying service.

(هـ) ' 1` يحل موعد إجازة زيارة الوطن الأولى للموظف في السنة التقويمية التي يكمل فيها الموظف أربعة وعشرين شهرا من الخدمة المؤهلة؛

(c) The first home leave shall fall due after the eligible staff member has completed two years of service [in the second calendar year after the one in which the staff member was appointed or in which he or she became eligible for home leave].
