وأعرب وزراء الخارجية عن أسفهم ﻷن فريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول لم يضع في اعتباره ضرورة مشاركة فريق الاتصال التابع لمنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي، اﻷمر الذي شدد عليه ممثلو البوسنة والهرسك وكرواتيا.

This invasion and occupation jeopardizes the recently achieved cease-fire in the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and undermines the negotiating process established by the five-nation Contact Group.

وأحاط وزراء الخارجية علما بإجراءات الاجتماع الوزاري لفريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول الذي عقد في جنيف في ٣٠ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤، والذي اتفق فيه على اتخاذ " تدابير صارمة " ضد القادة الصربيين نتيجة لرفضهم.

The Foreign Ministers expressed their full support to the principled position taken by the Bosnian Government, specially their acceptance of the peace plan of the five-nation Contact Group, which contained the unjust proposal of territorial delineation.
وأعرب وزراء الخارجية عن تأييدهم الكامل للموقف المبدئي الذي تقفه الحكومة البوسنية، ولا سيما موافقتها على خطة السلم التي عرضها فريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول والتي تضمنت الاقتراح الجائر الداعي إلى تقسيم اﻹقليم.

They reiterated that the Contact Group, including the Secretary-General of the Organization of the Islamic Conference, should be associated with the activities of the five-nation Contact Group in view of the special association of the organization with the Bosnian crisis.
وشدد الوزراء على ضرورة إشراك فريق الاتصال التابع لمنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي، بما في ذلك إشراك اﻷمين العام لمنظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي، في أنشطة فريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول في ضوء صلة المنظمة الخاصة باﻷزمة البوسنية.

The Foreign Ministers also recommended that the Contact Group, including the Secretary-General of the organization, meet at the summit level as soon as possible to review the steps taken by the five-nation Contact Group and the Security Council in addressing the situation in Bosnia and Herzegovina and suggested that the Chairman of the Islamic Summit initiate consultations in that connection.
وأوصى وزراء الخارجية بأن يعقد فريق الاتصال، ومعه اﻷمين العام للمنظمة، اجتماعا على مستوى القمة في أسرع وقت ممكن، لاستعراض الخطوات التي اتخذها فريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول ومجلس اﻷمن لمعالجة الحالة في البوسنة والهرسك. واقترحوا أن يبدأ رئيس مؤتمر القمة اﻹسلامي مشاورات في ذلك الشأن.

While OIC acknowledges that the Belgrade regime can play a constructive role in compelling the Pale Serbs to accept the five-nation Contact Group's peace plan, the monitoring mission of the International Conference on the Former Yugoslavia must help to effectuate this potentially constructive role.
وفي حين تقر منظمة المؤتمر اﻹسلامي بأن بوسع نظام بلغراد أن يؤدي دورا بناء في إرغام صرب باله على قبول خطة السلام المنبثقة عن فريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول، فإن على بعثة الرصد التابعة للمؤتمر الدولي المعني بيوغوسلافيا السابقة أن تساعد على إنجاز هذا الدور البناء المحتمل.

2. Believe that UNPROFOR still can contribute to improving the humanitarian situation, to deterring human rights abuses and attacks upon civilians, and to enhancing the environment for a durable peace settlement based on the acceptance of the five-nation Contact group peace plan;
٢ - نعتقد أن قوة اﻷمم المتحدة للحماية ما زال بوسعها اﻹسهام في تحسين الحالة اﻹنسانية، وردع انتهاكات حقوق اﻹنسان والاعتداءات التي يتعرض لها المدنيون وتعزيز المناخ الملائم للتوصل الى تسوية سلمية دائمة على أساس قبول خطة السلم التي وضعها فريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول؛

That had been interpreted as a weakening of the commitment of the five-nation Contact Group by the Serbian side who have resorted to targeting United Nations personnel and strangulating Sarajevo by closing the " blue route " .
وقد فسر الجانب الصربي ذلك بأنه إضعاف لالتزام فريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول، فعمد إلى استهداف أفراد اﻷمم المتحدة وتشديد الخناق على سراييفو بإغلاق " الطريق اﻷزرق " .

The Foreign Ministers also noted that the five-nation Contact Group, while indicating its readiness to undertake action against the Belgrade regime and its surrogates (the Serbian side) through resolutions of the Security Council, had not indicated a clear plan of action to deal with the Serbian side in the light of possible disincentives announced earlier.
ولاحظ وزراء الخارجية أيضا أن فريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول، لئن أبدى استعداده لاتخاذ تدابير ضد نظام بلغراد وأتباعه )الجانب الصربي( من خلال قرارات مجلس اﻷمن، فإنه لم يشر إلى خطة عمل واضحة للتعامل مع الجانب الصربي في ضوء التدابير المثبطة التي أعلنت آنفا.

The Federal Republic of Yugoslavia (Serbia and Montenegro) should exert every pressure on the Bosnian Serbs to accept the five-nation Contact Group Peace Plan unconditionally and to support the multi-cultural, multi-ethnic and multi-religious character and sovereignty of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina.
وينبغي أن تمارس جمهورية يوغوسلافيا الاتحادية )صربيا والجبل اﻷسود( كافة الضغوط على الصرب البوسنيين لقبول خطة السلم التي وضعها فريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول دون قيد أو شرط، وأن تدعم الطابع المتعدد الثقافات والمتعدد اﻹثنيات والمتعدد الديانات لجمهورية البوسنة والهرسك، وسيادتها.

15. Fully support the five-nation Contact group peace plan as delivered to the Government of the Republic of Bosnia and Herzegovina and to the Bosnian Serbs on a " take-it-or-leave-it " basis, commend the Bosnian Government and the Bosnian Croats for having accepted the plan, and demand that the Bosnian Serbs do likewise without further delay.
١٥ - نؤيد تأييدا تاما خطة السلم التي وضعها فريق الاتصال المكون من خمس دول بالصيغة التي سلمت بها الى حكومة جمهورية البوسنة والهرسك والى الصرب البوسنيين على أساس " قبولها أو رفضها " ، ونشيد بالحكومة البوسنية وبالكروات البوسنيين لقبولهم الخطة، ونطالب الصرب البوسنيين بأن يحذوا حذوهما دون مزيد من اﻹبطاء.
