According to decisions 3/CMP.1, 9/CMP.1 and 11/CMP.1, the eligibility criteria for a Party to participate in the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol include the following:

Bulgaria submitted its initial report on 25 July 2007 and will become eligible to participate in all flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 25 November 2008.
وقدمت بلغاريا تقريرها الأولي في 25 تموز/ يوليه 2007، وستصبح مؤهلة للمشاركة في جميع آليات المرونة بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في 25 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2008.

11. The status of eligibility of Annex B Parties to participate in the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol pursuant to decisions 3/CMP.1, 9/CMP.1, 11/CMP.1 and 15/CMP.1 as at 18 October 2010 is provided in table 1.

The Czech Republic met all the eligibility criteria and became eligible to participate in all the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 24 February 2008.
19- واستوفت الجمهورية التشيكية جميع معايير الأهلية وأصبحت مؤهّلة للمشاركة في جميع آليات المرونة بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في 24 شباط/فبراير 2008.

Denmark met all the eligibility criteria and became eligible to participate in all the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 20 April 2008.
22- واستوفت الدانمرك جميع معايير الأهلية وأصبحت مؤهّلة للمشاركة في جميع آليات المرونة بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في 20 نيسان/أبريل 2008.

Estonia met all the eligibility criteria and became eligible to participate in all the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 15 April 2008.
25- واستوفت إستونيا جميع معايير الأهلية وأصبحت مؤهّلة للمشاركة في جميع آليات المرونة بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في 15 نيسان/أبريل 2008.

The European Community met all the eligibility criteria and became eligible to participate in all the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 18 April 2008.
28- واستوفت الجماعة الأوروبية جميع معايير الأهلية وأصبحت مؤهّلة للمشاركة في جميع آليات المرونة بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في 18 نيسان/أبريل 2008.

Finland met all the eligibility criteria and became eligible to participate in all the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 22 April 2008.
31- واستوفت فنلندا جميع معايير الأهلية وأصبحت مؤهّلة للمشاركة في جميع آليات المرونة بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في 22 نيسان/أبريل 2008.

France met all the eligibility criteria and became eligible to participate in all the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 21 April 2008.
34- واستوفت فرنسا جميع معايير الأهلية وأصبحت مؤهّلة للمشاركة في جميع آليات المرونة بموجب بروتوكول كيوتو في 21 نيسان/أبريل 2008.

Germany met all the eligibility criteria and became eligible to participate in all the flexibility mechanisms under the Kyoto Protocol on 27 April 2008.
