Ms. Hu Shengtao (China) proposed that in the phrase " international trade law, in reducing or removing legal obstacles to the flow of international trade " , the word " trade " should be replaced by the word " transportation " , since the draft convention specifically dealt with transportation law, rather than trade law in general.
9 - السيدة فوهو شنغتاو (الصين): اقترحت الاستعاضة عن كلمة " التجارة " في العبارة " بتقليل أو إزالة العقبات القانونية التي تعترض تدفق التجارة الدولية " بكلمة " النقل " ، لأن مشروع الاتفاقية يعالج على وجه التحديد قانون النقل، وليس القانون التجاري بصورة عامة.

21. With regard to the Commission's future work, careful thought needed to be put into the choice of future topics in order to ensure that the Commission dealt with issues which not only were of interest to the vast majority of States but would also have a more direct impact on the capacity of States, and particularly the developing countries, to increase the flow of international trade amongst them and thereby improve their economies.
٢١ - واختتم كلمته قائلا وفيما يتعلق باﻷعمال المقبلة للجنة يرى أنه من الضروري أن تُدرس بعناية المواضيع المختارة بهدف تمكين اللجنة من التصدي لمسائل لا تسفر عن مجرد إثارة اهتمام الغالبية العظمى من الدول بل تؤثر أيضا بطريقة مباشرة جدا على قدرة تلك الدول، ولا سيما البلدان النامية على تكثيف تدفق التجارة الدولية فيما بينها من أجل تحسين اقتصاداتها.
