1. ١ - تعني اﻹبادة الجماعية أي فعل من اﻷفعال التالية المرتكبة ]سواء وقت السلم أو قت النزاع المسلح[ بقصد إهلاك مجموعة قومية أو عرقية أو عنصرية أو دينية ]أو اجتماعية أو سياسية[، كلها أو جزء ]كبير[ منها، بصفتها هذه)٤)٤( استنسخ هذا النص من المادة الثانية من اتفاقية منع جريمة اﻹبادة الجماعية والمعاقبة عليها لعام ١٩٤٨.

3. Line 15: replace the sentence beginning " Convention IV " with the following: The Fourth Geneva Convention relative to the Protection of Civilian Persons in time of War provides for respect of " the honour, the family rights, the religious convictions and practices and the manners and customs " of these persons and states that they shall at all times be humanely treated and protected against all acts of violence or threats thereof.

101. following a review of the above information, if the General Assembly decides that the approach of a single post adjustment for Geneva based on prices in Geneva and the neighbouring areas of France should be pursued, it should be noted that the Geneva-based organizations should be given time to effect changes in their staff regulations concerning the definition of the Geneva duty station to include the neighbouring areas of France.
١٠١ - وبعد استعراض المعلومات الواردة أعلاه، إذا ما قررت الجمعية العامة اﻷخذ بنهج تسوية مقر العمل الواحدة في جنيف على أساس اﻷسعار السائدة في جنيف والمناطق المجاورة في فرنسا، فإنه ينبغي أن تؤخذ في الاعتبار ضرورة منح المنظمات الموجودة في جنيف فسحة من الوقت لتنفيذ تغييرات في نظمها اﻷساسية للموظفين بشأن تعريف مركز العمل في جنيف لتضم المناطق المجاورة في فرنسا.

2. Add the following sentence to footnote 97: " Countries may also wish to restrict consideration of the issue of lapse of time to the law of the requesting State only or to provide that acts of interruption in the requesting State should be recognized in the requested State " .
٢ - تضاف الجملة التالية إلى الحاشية )٧٩(: " قد ترغب البلدان أيضا في أن تحصر تدارس مسألة انقضاء الفترة الزمنية في قانون الدولة الطالبة فحسب أو تنص على أن اﻷفعال المؤدية إلى انقطاع التقادم في الدولة الطالبة ينبغي أن تحظى بالاعتراف في الدولة المطالبة " .
