Unfortunately, as I have already informed the Commission, we are not in a position to conclude these organizational matters in view of the following outstanding vacancies: the Rapporteur and one Vice-Chair from the Group of African States; two Vice-Chairs from the Group of Latin American and Caribbean States, two Vice-Chairs from the Group of Western European and other States and, finally, the three Chairs of Working Groups I, II and III.
