26- واستذكر فريق استعراض التنفيذ قرار المؤتمر 3/1، الذي قرّر فيه المؤتمر تكليف الفريق بمهمة متابعة ومواصلة العمل الذي كان يقوم به سابقاً الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية.

During its third session in Doha, Qatar, held from 9 to 13 November 2009, the Conference, reaffirming the importance of technical assistance, decided that the Implementation Review Group should be in charge of following up and continuing the work of the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Technical Assistance (resolution 3/1).
5- وأكّد المؤتمر مجددا، خلال دورته الثالثة المعقودة في الدوحة، قطر، من 9 إلى 13 تشرين الثاني/نوفمبر 2009، أهمية المساعدة التقنية وقرّر أن يتولى فريق استعراض التنفيذ مهمّة متابعة ومواصلة العمل الذي اضطلع به الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية (القرار 3/1).

In its resolution 3/1, entitled " Review mechanism " , the Conference of the States Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption decided that the Implementation Review Group should be in charge of following up and continuing the work undertaken previously by the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Technical Assistance.
2- فقد قرّر مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية مكافحة الفساد في قراره 3/1 المعنون " آلية الاستعراض " أن يكلّف فريق استعراض التنفيذ بمهمة متابعة ومواصلة العمل الذي سبق أن اضطلع به الفريق الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية.

The Implementation Review Group recalled resolution 3/1 of the Conference of the State Parties to the United Nations Convention against Corruption, in which the Conference decided that the Group would be in charge of following up and continuing the work undertaken previously by the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Technical Assistance.
26- استذكر فريق استعراض التنفيذ القرار 3/1 الصادر عن مؤتمر الدول الأطراف في اتفاقية الأمم المتحدة لمكافحة الفساد، الذي قرّر فيه المؤتمر تكليف الفريق بمهمة متابعة ومواصلة العمل الذي كان يقوم به سابقاً الفريق العامل الحكومي الدولي المفتوح العضوية المعني بالمساعدة التقنية.

15. In this connection, it is important to recall that by paragraph 10 of the resolution, the Conference decided that the Implementation Review Group " shall be in charge of following up and continuing the work previously undertaken by the Open-ended Intergovernmental Working Group on Technical Assistance. "
