(b) Take measures to ensure that the Convention and the Committee's general recommendations are sufficiently known and applied by all branches of Government and the judiciary at the national and regional levels as a framework for all laws, court decisions and policies on gender equality and the advancement of women;
(ب) اتخاذ تدابير لضمان معرفة كافية بالاتفاقية والتوصيات العامة للجنة وتطبيقها من قبل جميع الدوائر الحكومية وسلك القضاء على المستويين الوطني والإقليمي، باعتبارها إطارا لجميع القوانين وقرارات المحاكم والسياسات المتعلقة بالمساواة بين الجنسين والنهوض بالمرأة؛

(a) Ensure that the Convention is sufficiently known and applied by all branches of Government, including the judiciary, as a framework for all laws, court decisions and policies on gender equality and the advancement of women;
(أ) ضمان أن تكون الاتفاقية معروفة بقدر كافٍ ومطبّقة من قِبَل جميع فروع الحكومة، بما فيها السلطة القضائية، كإطار لجميع القوانين وقرارات المحاكم والسياسات المتعلقة بالمساواة بين الجنسين والنهوض بالمرأة؛

It encouraged Tuvalu to disseminate and raise awareness about the Convention and other legislation; and ensure that the Convention is applied by all Government branches as a framework for all laws, court decisions and policies on gender equality and the advancement of women.
وشجَّعت اللجنة توفالو على نشر الاتفاقية والتشريعات الأخرى والتوعية بها؛ وضمان أن تطبِّق جميع فروع الحكومة الاتفاقية باعتبارها إطاراً لجميع القوانين وقرارات المحاكم والسياسات المتعلِّقة بالمساواة بين الجنسين والنهوض بالمرأة(23).

11.
