Those areas include: promotion of universal adherence to the Convention, full implementation of the legislative measures, full implementation of the provisions related to the destruction of chemical weapons, full implementation of the provisions related to the activities not prohibited by the Convention and ability of OPCW to respond to requests for assistance and protection in cases of use or threat of use of chemical weapons.
