(b) To request the Secretariat to develop draft terms of reference for the process of selecting regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and transfer of technology for consideration by the Conference of the Parties at its third meeting;
(ب) أن يطلب إلى الأمانة وضع مسودة صلاحيات من أجل عملية اختيار مراكز إقليمية ودون إقليمية لبناء القدرات ونقل التكنولوجيا كي ينظر فيها مؤتمر الأطراف في اجتماعه الثالث؛

(g) To agree on terms of reference for regional and subregional centres for capacity-building and transfer of technology under the Convention, agree on terms of reference for a process for selecting the centres and adopt criteria for evaluating their performance;
