٥٧ - وفي ضوء هذه الظروف، وفيما يتعلق باستحقاقات الباقين على قيد الحياة من أسر قضاة المحكمة الدولية ليوغوسلافيا السابقة والمحكمة الجنائية الدولية لرواندا، توصي اللجنة الاستشارية باعتماد الخيار رقم ١، وهو التعويض بمبلغ إجمالي يعادل المرتب اﻷساسي لشهر واحد عن كل سنة من سنوات الخدمة بحد أدنى قدره شهر واحد وحد أقصى قدره أربعة أشهر.
