These decisions were implemented, inter alia, through the adoption of Decree No. 92-251 of 31 August 1992 creating and establishing the organizational structure, powers and functions of the National Council for Literacy and Adult Education, a consultative body within the Ministry of Culture, the aim of which is to promote concerted action, intersectoral cooperation and partnership with donors and with civil society.
385- وقد تمثل تطبيق هذه القرارات في عدة أمور منها مثلا صدور مرسوم رقم 92-251 بتاريخ 31 آب/أغسطس 1992 بإنشاء المجلس القومي لمحو الأمية وتعليم الكبار وتحديد اختصاصاته وطريقة سير أعماله، وهو جهاز استشاري يتبع وزارة الثقافة وهدفه التنسيق بين جميع الجهات العاملة في هذا الميدان وتحقيق التعاون بين مختلف القطاعات والعمل في شراكة مع الجهات المانحة ومع المجتمع المدني.
