2. 15. The Committee recommends that KPMG Peat Marwick be reappointed as auditors for a further year (2002), with the possibility of extension for one further year thereafter (2003), on the understanding that they will comply fully with the recommendations in paragraph 14 above and with the Financial Regulations of the Authority.
