7. The Chairman proposed that the Committee accept the credentials of representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 3 and 4 of the Secretary-General's memorandum on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 4 of the Secretary-General's memorandum would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.
٦ - واقتـرح الرئيـس أن تقبـل اللجنة وثائق تفويض ممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرتين ٣ و ٤ من مذكرة اﻷمين العام على أن ترسل وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء المشار إليها في الفقرة ٤ من تلك المذكرة الى اﻷمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن.

The Chairman recommended that the Committee accept the credentials of the representatives of all the Member States mentioned in the memorandum by the Secretary-General, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States that had not yet submitted such credentials would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible.
٨ - وأوصى الرئيس بأن تقبل اللجنة وثائق تفويض ممثلي جميع الدول اﻷعضاء الوارد ذكرها في مذكرة اﻷمين العام، على أساس الفهم بأن وثائق التفويض الرسمية لممثلي الدول اﻷعضاء التي لم تقدمها بعد سوف تُحال إلى اﻷمين العام في أقرب وقت ممكن.

11. On the proposal of the Chairman, the Committee adopted the following draft resolution, on the understanding that formal credentials for representatives of the Member States referred to in paragraph 2 of the Secretary-General's memorandum (see para. 8 above) would be communicated to the Secretary-General as soon as possible:
