IV. Guidance for response

No deadlines for response to the complaint are provided, but if the complainant is dissatisfied with the response of the Committee, he or she may refer the matter to the Deputy Special Representative for Civil Administration, who shall review the complaint and recommend appropriate action to the Special Representative for consideration.
