Provision is also made for the rental of conference rooms and office space for a period of four months in support of the Lusaka peace talks at a monthly rate of $500 per day for the conference centre at Lusaka ($61,500) and an office space at the Intercontinental Hotel at Lusaka at a rate of $240 per day ($29,500).
