In its resolution 2002/80, the Commission requested the Joint Inspection Unit to undertake a comprehensive review of the management and administration of the Office of the High Commissioner, in particular, with regard to its impact on the recruitment policies and the composition of the staff, and to submit a report thereon to the Commission at its sixtieth session containing concrete proposals for the implementation of that resolution.
242- طلبت اللجنة إلى وحدة التفتيش المشتركة، في قرارها 2002/80، إجراء عملية مراجعة شاملة لإدارة وتنظيم المفوضية السامية، وخاصة فيما يتعلق بآثارها على سياسة التعيين وتكوين ملاك الموظفين، وتقديم تقرير عن ذلك إلى اللجنة في دورتها الستين يتضمن مقترحات محددة لتنفيذ ذلك القرار.

In addition, the General Assembly requested the Secretary-General to report on resources required for the implementation of that resolution as a matter of priority at the second part of its resumed sixty-first session and on issues identified in the resolution regarding the establishment of the new system of administration of justice no later than the early part of the main part of its sixty-second session.
