Pursuant to its consideration of the information referred to in paragraph 5 above, the Conference of the Parties serving as the meeting of the Parties to this Protocol shall take decisions on any matter required for the implementation of this Protocol.
٦- يتخذ مؤتمر اﻷطراف العامل بوصفه اجتماع اﻷطراف في هذا البروتوكول، بعد نظره في المعلومات المشار إليها في الفقرة ٥ أعلاه، مقررات بشأن أية مسألة تلزم لتنفيذ هذا البروتوكول.

Exercise any other such functions as may be required for the implementation of this Protocol, including any functions that may be assigned to it by the Conference of the Parties to the Convention.
)ب( ممارسة أي مهام أخرى تلزم لتنفيذ هذا البروتوكول بما في ذلك أي مهام يسندها إليه مؤتمر اﻷطراف في الاتفاقية.

The CMP shall consider (a) the information submitted by Parties and the reports of the expert reviews and (b) those questions of implementation listed by the secretariat and questions raised by Parties, and shall take decisions on any matter required for the implementation of this Protocol.
53- ينظر مؤتمر الأطراف/اجتماع الأطراف في (أ) المعلومات المقدمة من الأطراف وتقارير عمليات الاستعراض التي قام بها الخبراء؛ و(ب) مسائل التنفيذ التي تدرجها الأمانة والمسائل التي تثيرها الأطراف، ويتخذ قرارات في أي مسألة مطلوبة لتنفيذ هذا البروتوكول.
