:: Construe, mainly for purposes of legal certainty, the offence of active bribery in the public sector in a way that expressly covers instances where the advantage is not intended for the official him/herself but for a third party (third-party beneficiary);
:: وضع تفسير، لأغراض اليقين القانوني، لجرائم تقديم الرشوة في القطاع العام بطريقة صريحة بحيث تغطي الحالات التي لا تكون فيها المزية لصالح الموظف نفسه ولكن لصالح طرف ثالث (طرف ثالث مستفيد)؛

It is noted that the concepts " directly or indirectly " and " an undue advantage for the official himself or herself or another person or entity " are covered by paragraph 1 of the article, as regards passive bribery, and these concepts are taken to apply also to all the following paragraphs, including active bribery.

94. In its resolutions 62/246 and 63/272, the General Assembly requested the Unit to report on any difficulties and delays in obtaining visas for the official travel of some of the inspectors and members of its secretariat.
94 - وطلبت الجمعية العامة في قراريها 62/246 و 63/272 إلى الوحدة أن تبلغ عن أية صعوبات أو تأخيرات تواجهها في الحصول على تأشيرات الدخول لسفر بعض المفتشين وأعضاء أمانتها في مهام رسمية.

Further, article 369.2 does not expressly specify whether the advantage must be for the official him/herself or of a third person.
