11. Pursuant to paragraph 7 of General Assembly resolution 51/207 of 17 December 1996, the Secretary-General established a trust fund for the participation of the least developed countries in the Preparatory Committee and the Diplomatic Conference.
١١ - وعملا بالفقرة ٧ من قرار الجمعية العامة ٥١/٢٠٧ المؤرخ ١٧ كانون اﻷول/ ديسمبر ١٩٩٦. أنشأ اﻷمين العام صندوقا استئمانيا لمشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في أعمال اللجنة التحضيرية وفي المؤتمر الدبلوماسي للمفوضين.

18. Pursuant to paragraph 7 of resolution 51/207, the Secretary-General established a trust fund for the participation of the least developed countries in the work of the Preparatory Committee and the Conference.
١٨ - وعملا بالفقرة ٧ من القرار ٥١/٢٠٧، أنشأ اﻷمين العام صندوقا استئمانيا لمشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في أعمال اللجنة التحضيرية وفي المؤتمر.

15. Also requests the Secretary-General to make available the necessary resources for the participation of the least developed countries in the regional preparatory meetings for the Tenth Congress and in the Congress itself, in accordance with past practice;
٥١ - تطلب كذلك إلى اﻷمين العام أن يتيح ما يلزم من الموارد لمشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في الاجتماعات اﻹقليمية التحضيرية للمؤتمر العاشر وفي المؤتمر ذاته، وفقا للممارسة المتبعة في الماضي؛

16. He was also very pleased to announce that, in response to the request to establish a special fund for the participation of the least developed countries in the work of the preparatory committee and the conference of plenipotentiaries, his Government had pledged $100,000.
١٦ - وأضاف أن من دواعي اغتباطه أيضا أن يعلن أن حكومته تتعهد، استجابة لطلب إنشاء صندوق خاص لمشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في عمل اللجنة التحضيرية ومؤتمر المفوضين، بالتبرع بمبلغ ٠٠٠ ١٠٠ دولار لهذا الغرض.

7. Requests the Secretary-General to establish a special fund for the participation of the least developed countries in the work of the Preparatory Committee and in the diplomatic conference of plenipotentiaries, and calls upon States to contribute voluntarily to that special fund;
٧ - تطلب إلى اﻷمين العام أن ينشئ صندوقا خاصا لمشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في أعمال اللجنة التحضيرية وفي المؤتمر الدبلوماسي للمفوضين، وتطلب إلى الدول تقديم التبرعات إلى هذا الصندوق الخاص؛

6. Notes with appreciation the establishment by the Secretary-General, pursuant to resolution 51/207, of a trust fund for the participation of the least developed countries in the work of the Preparatory Committee and in the Conference, welcomes the decision by a number of States to make contributions to the trust fund, and encourages States to contribute voluntarily to it;
٦ - تلاحظ مع التقدير قيام اﻷميــن العـام، عمـلا بالقرار ١٥/٧٠٢، بإنشاء صندوق استئماني لكفالة مشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في أعمال اللجنة التحضيرية وفي المؤتمر، وترحب بقرار عــدد من الدول تقديم تبرعات إلى الصندوق الاستئماني، وتشجع الدول على التبرع له؛

19. Requests the Secretary-General to make available the necessary resources for the participation of the least developed countries at the special session in accordance with past practice.
٩١ - ترجو من اﻷمين العام توفير الموارد اللازمة لضمان مشاركة أقل البلدان نموا في الدورة الاستثنائية وفقا لما درجت عليه العادة سابقا.

" 8. Invites Governments, intergovernmental and non-governmental organizations, major groups and other donors to contribute to the Trust Fund for the participation of the least developed country representatives in both the preparatory process and the conference itself;
