10. This report follows the general guidelines for the preparation of information under the universal periodic review that were adopted by the Human Rights Council in its resolution 17/119, of June 2011.

1. The present report has been prepared in line with the General Guidelines for the preparation of information under the Universal Periodic Review mechanism.
1- أُعدّ هذا التقرير وفقاً للمبادئ التوجيهية العامة المتعلقة بتجهيز المعلومات في إطار آلية الاستعراض الدوري الشامل.

6. Urges all stakeholders to give consideration to the rights of persons with disabilities at all stages of the universal periodic review, including during the consultations carried out by States at the national level for the preparation of information to be submitted for the review, so as to include national human rights institutions and non-governmental organizations representing persons with disabilities in such consultations;
6- يحث كافة أصحاب المصلحة على إيلاء الاعتبار لحقوق ذوي الإعاقة في جميع مراحل الاستعراض الدوري الشامل، بما في ذلك إبان المشاورات التي تجريها الدول على المستوى الوطني من أجل تحضير المعلومات المتوقع تقديمها للاستعراض، بغية إشراك المؤسسات الوطنية لحقوق الإنسان والمنظمات غير الحكومية الممثلة لذوي الإعاقة في تلك المشاورات؛
