26-5 يعتبر إخطار الأمين العام إخطارا فعليا للسلطة في كل الأغراض المشمولة بهذا العقد، ويكون الأمين العام هو وكيل السلطة فيما يتعلق بالإعلان أو الإخطار في أية دعوى تقام أمام محكمة أو هيئة قضائية مختصة.

٤ - يشكل اﻹخطار المرسل إلى اﻷمين العام إخطارا فعليا للسلطة لكل اﻷغراض بموجب هذا النظام، ويكون اﻷمين العام وكيلا للسلطة، في تبليغ اﻹجراء أو اﻹخطار في أي إجراءات قانونية ﻷي محكمة مختصة.

26-4 يعتبر إخطار الشخص المعين ممثلا للمتعاقد إخطارا فعليا للمتعاقد في كل الأغراض المشمولـــة بهذا العقد، ويكون الشخص المعين ممثلا للمتعاقد هو وكيله فيما يتعلق بالإعلان أو الإخطار في أية دعوى تقام أمام محكمة أو هيئة قضائية مختصة.
