Takes note of the outstanding assessments and the net operating deficit of the Special Account for the United Nations Observer Mission in El Salvador and the United Nations Observer Group in Central America;

The difference between the Secretary-General’s initial estimate of requirements and the higher level of initial appropriations was due primarily to the requirements for the United Nations Observer Mission in Angola (MONUA), which were not included in the Secretary-General’s initial estimates.
أما الفرق بين التقديرات اﻷولية للاحتياجات المقدمة من اﻷمين العام والمستوى اﻷعلى للاعتمادات اﻷولية فإنه يعزى في المقام اﻷول إلى الاحتياجات اللازمة لبعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في أنغولا التي لم تدرج في التقديرات اﻷولية المقدمة من اﻷمين العام.

22. The proposed budget for the United Nations Observer Mission in Angola (MONUA) for the period from 1 July 1997 to 30 June 1998 was in the amount of $162.1 million.
٢٢ - وأشار إلى أن الميزانية المقترحة لبعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في أنغولا للفترة من ١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٧ إلى ٣٠ حزيران/يونيه ١٩٩٨ تبلغ ١٦٢,١ مليون من دولارات الولايات المتحدة.

The individual credits of Member States reflected in column 2 of the annex were deducted first from the contributions outstanding for ONUCA and then from the contributions outstanding for the United Nations Observer Mission in El Salvador (ONUSAL).

6. Decides to appropriate to the Special Account for the United Nations Observer Mission in El Salvador the additional amount of 826,000 dollars gross (745,300 dollars net) already authorized by the General Assembly in its decision 50/447 for the period from 1 December 1994 to 30 April 1995;

(a) Decides, on an exceptional basis, to authorize the Secretary-General to enter into commitments up to the amount of 8,823,500 United States dollars gross (8 million dollars net) for the United Nations Observer Mission in El Salvador for the period from 1 December 1993 to 28 February 1994;

8. Urges all Member States to make every possible effort to ensure payment of their assessed contributions to the combined Special Account for the United Nations Observer Mission in El Salvador and the United Nations Observer Group in Central America promptly and in full;

At its forty-eighth session, 175/ the General Assembly approved an appropriation of $8,994,100 for the United Nations Observer Mission in South Africa (UNOMSA) for the period from 1 January to 31 July 1994.
في الدورة الثامنة واﻷربعين)١٧٥(، وافقت الجمعية العامة على رصد اعتماد قدره ٠٠١ ٤٩٩ ٨ دولار لبعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في جنوب افريقيا للفترة الممتدة من ١ كانون الثاني/يناير إلى ٣١ تموز/يوليه ١٩٩٤.

8. Urges all Member States to make every possible effort to ensure payment of their assessed contributions to the combined Special Account for the United Nations Observer Mission in El Salvador and the United Nations Observer Group in Central America promptly and in full;

(c) Agrees to take a decision on the question of assessment for the United Nations Observer Mission in El Salvador in case a decision on the financing of the Observer Mission has not been made by 15 March 1994, subject to the availability of the report of the Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions;

III. INITIAL MEASURES AUTHORIZING COMMITMENTS for the United Nations Observer Mission IN GEORGIA . 18 - 19 5
التدابير اﻷولية التي تأذن بالدخول في التزامات تتعلق ببعثة مراقبي اﻷمم المتحدة في جورجيا

5. Notes that an additional amount of 82,472,600 United States dollars is requested for the United Nations Assistance Mission for Iraq for the period from 1 May to 31 December 2005 and an additional amount of 701,800 dollars is requested for the United Nations Observer Mission in Bougainville for the period from 16 February to 15 August 2005, including the liquidation period;
5 - تلاحظ أن مبلغا إضافيا قدره 600 472 82 دولار من دولارات الولايات المتحدة مطلوب من أجل بعثة الأمم المتحدة لتقديم المساعدة إلى العراق للفترة من 1 أيار/مايو إلى 31 كانون الأول/ديسمبر 2005، وأن مبلغا إضافيا قدره 800 701 دولار مطلوب من أجل بعثة مراقبي الأمم المتحدة في بوغانفيل للفترة من 16 شباط/فبراير إلى 15 آب/أغسطس 2005، بما يشمل فترة التصفية؛

1. The Advisory Committee on Administrative and Budgetary Questions recommends approval of the Secretary-General's proposals for the United Nations Observer Mission in Georgia (UNOMIG) for the period from 1 July 2008 to 30 June 2009 (see A/62/680).
