Mr. Abbas is now addressed as the President of the State of Palestine, Mr. Fayyad as the Prime Minister of the State of Palestine and Mr. Malki as the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State of Palestine.
وبات يخاطب الآن السيد عباس بصفته رئيس دولة فلسطين، والسيد فياض بصفته رئيس وزراء دولة فلسطين، والسيد مالكي بصفته وزير شؤون خارجية دولة فلسطين.

- Interference: Article 371 defines as one of the " Crimes which compromise the Foreign Affairs of the State " the so-called crime of interference, stating: " Anyone who, in Guatemalan territory, carries out activities designed to modify the political system of another State through violence shall be sentenced to one to three years' imprisonment and a fine " .
جريمة التدخل: تعرِّف المادة 371 ما يسمى بجريمة التدخل بأنها إحدى " جريمتين تسيئان إلى الشؤون الخارجية للدولة " وتنص، في هذا الصدد، على ما يلي: " يعاقب بالسجن مدة من سنة واحدة إلى ثلاث سنوات وبالغرامة كل مَن قام في إقليم غواتيمالا بأنشطة تهدف إلى تعديل النظام السياسي لدولة أخرى باستعمال العنف " .

The Working Group will transmit those allegations to the Minister for Foreign Affairs of the State concerned by the most direct and rapid means, and requests the said State to carry out investigations on the matter and to inform the Working Group.
ويحيل الفريق العامل هذه الادّعاءات مباشرةً وبأسرع الوسائل إلى وزير الشؤون الخارجية في الدولة المعنيّة ويطلب إلى الدولة إجراء التحقيقات اللازمة وإطلاع الفريق العامل على النتائج.
