In its consideration of the question of economic and other activities that affect the interests of the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories, the Special Committee affirms the value of foreign economic investment undertaken in collaboration with the peoples of the Territories.
وتؤكد اللجنة الخاصة، لدى نظرها في مسألة اﻷنشطة الاقتصادية وغيرها من اﻷنشطة التي تؤثر على مصالح شعوب اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي، قيمة الاستثمار الاقتصادي اﻷجنبي الذي يوظف بالتعاون مع شعوب اﻷقاليم.

2. Affirms the value of foreign economic investment undertaken in collaboration with the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories and in accordance with their wishes in order to make a valid contribution to the socio-economic development of the Territories;
٢ - تؤكد قيمة الاستثمار الاقتصادي اﻷجنبي الذي يوظف بالتعاون مع شعوب اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ووفقا لرغباتها بغية المساهمة إسهاما فعليا في التنمية الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية لﻷقاليم؛

2. Affirms the value of foreign economic investment undertaken in collaboration with the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories and in accordance with their wishes in order to make a valid contribution to the socio-economic development of the Territories;
٢ - تؤكد قيمة الاستثمار الاقتصادي اﻷجنبي الذي يوظف بالتعاون مع شعوب اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ووفقا لرغباتها بغية المساهمة إسهاما حقيقيا في التنمية الاجتماعية - الاقتصادية لﻷقاليم؛

Conscious also that foreign economic investment, when undertaken in collaboration with the peoples of the Non-Self-Governing Territories and in accordance with their wishes, could make a valid contribution to the socio-economic development of the Territories and also to the exercise of their right to self-determination,
وإذ تعي أيضا أن الاستثمارات الاقتصادية الأجنبية يمكن أن تسهم بشكل فعلي، متى اضطلع بها بالتعاون مع شعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ووفقا لرغباتها، في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية للأقاليم، وكذلك في ممارستها حقها في تقرير المصير،

٢ - تؤكد قيمة الاستثمار الاقتصادي اﻷجنبي المضطلع به بالتعاون مع شعوب اﻷقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ووفقا لرغباتهم للاسهام اسهاما عمليا في تنمية اﻷقاليم تنمية اقتصادية - اجتماعية؛

وإذ تعي أيضا أن الاستثمارات الاقتصادية الأجنبية يمكن أن تسهم مساهمة فعلية، متى اضطلع بها بالتعاون مع شعوب الأقاليم غير المتمتعة بالحكم الذاتي ووفقا لرغباتها، في التنمية الاجتماعية والاقتصادية لتلك الأقاليم وكذلك في ممارستها حقها في تقرير المصير،
